The fees listed are for simple wills and LPAs. If significant additional advice regarding trusts or inheritance tax is required further fees may be charged. An additional registration fee of £82 per document is charged by the Office of the Public Guardian for Lasting Powers of Attorney. It is recommended that registration is carried out straight away but this is not compulsory.

If you require something in between a simple probate application and full administration please get in touch for a personalised fee estimate. In most cases I will agree a fixed price with you at the outset of your matter so you always know what the costs are going to be from the start. Please note that a court fee of £273 is payable to obtain a grant of probate and other third party disbursements may apply.
